Nicol Fiso

Nicol completed his 200hr YTT with Yoga Flame in 2018, and has since been mentored by GV’s own Ryan Mannix, as well as The Open Space for yin yoga. He has a special interest in arm balancing and has undertaken numerous workshops to hone this area of his teaching and practice.
Nicol’s goal as a teacher is to provide a safe space for people to explore shapes, move with breath and leave feeling inspired, a little sweaty and with their cup full. His classes are both nurturing and challenging, with mindful movements, thought-out sequences and sprinkles of inspiration and motivation. Sequencing caters for all levels, including more experienced yogis with a love of handstands. Nicol likes to bring presence to the room and connect with his students through laughter, a bit of reiki and mindful adjustments.
A perfect day for Nicol includes time with the people he loves, a bit of adrenaline, some nature time with warm sun on his skin, a full belly, a good book and a self-growth exercise whether that be a workout, yoga, meditation. Oh and a coffee to start the day!’
