Catherine Silvester
Certified 300 hour Yoga teacher with year 1 + experience of teaching. Teaching styles are mainly Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin. Catherine was first drawn to Yoga as a way to calm her nervous system and quickly found a love for strong and powerful Vinyasa flows. Much like her own practice she now see’s the duality and benefit that yoga can bring, weaving in both Yin and Yang elements to her classes. Catherine’s classes are energetic and fun much like her nature but she also aims to provide pockets of calm to nurture the body and mind. Her favourite aspect of Yoga teaching is connecting and engaging in interesting conversations with students and being able to hold space for them to unlock their own magic from within them.
