Switch from MindBody to Wellnessliving
As of Sunday 31st October, we have switched client management software providers from Mindbody to WellnessLiving.
As part of our implementation processes we request that you login in and create a new password for yourself on the Wellnessliving platform.
Can I still book classes through the old AYA App or through Mindbody?
No! Please follow the instructions on this page to download the new WellnessLiving App and start booking classes and managing your account from WellnessLiving.
As with any system change there is an initial settling in period.

What is this login for?
Your login credentials gives you access to your own client profile, where you can schedule classes and appointments online, buy passes and products in the online store, write reviews, and so much more.
How do I do all of this?
Simply visit the Australian Yoga Academy login page at Wellnessliving and either reset your account or create a new one if you are new to the Australian Yoga Academy.
Do I need to do anything?
New AYA students will need to create a new account.
Previous and existing AYA students, (from Mindbody), you will need to reset your password.
Then, once your account is active please make sure you head over to Notifications and make sure all the boxes are ticked — that way you won’t miss any notifications from us regarding classes, memberships etc.
All of your details, your memberships and class passes have transferred from Mindbody to WellnessLiving.
The only exception is those of you with direct debits set up for memberships that have an effective payment date in the next two weeks. There may be a slight delay in these direct debits being processed.
Initially, these will come through as a debit owing on your account and you will receive an email with instructions on how to rectify this.
