The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program is a unique childbirth education course designed for parents who are preparing for a calm, natural birth and are willing to calmly meet whatever turn their birthing takes. By enrolling in the Positive Birth Program, parents actively take another step closer to giving their baby the best birth possible with the circumstances that they have on the day.
The Positive Birth Program has four important pillars: 1) knowledge 2) tools to stay calm 3) support for the partner & caregivers 4) preparation for both mind and body.

The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program is a 12-hour course run over two or three days. A short, six-hour program is available as a refresher for parents who have completed Hypnobirthing courses in the past or for those who are very short of time if baby’s birth is imminent. $525 per couple, per course.
Included in your investment is a comprehensive folio of resources used during the course, and a complete suite of online resources provided through Hypnobirthing Australia. This includes birth preparation resources and practice relaxation scripts and birth videos.
About your educator
Melanie Mackintosh is one of Australia’s leading prenatal and postnatal yoga teachers. Melanie has been leading mums through their pregnancies with yoga and meditation since 2010. She regularly teaches other teachers in their quest to become certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teachers.

Karina is a registered Dr. of Chinese Medicine and is offering acupuncture and herbal medicine treatments from the AYA Clinic room.
Karina has a long history of studying anatomy and physiology and is therefore very interested in supporting musculoskeletal health issues.
Karina is also very interested in women’s health, especially supporting women’s cycle health, hormones, and state of mind.
Chinese Medicine is an ancient system of health that can support anything from anxiety, headaches, digestive complaints, energy levels, pain management, endocrine health, as well as emotional and spiritual growth.
Treatments are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am – 6:30pm, and some Friday nights after her 4:30 yin class, from 6:15 – 8:15pm.
