Join us on a 1-year transformational journey, as you deepen your personal practice and develop the essential teaching skills to bring the wisdom of meditation to your community.

The program is a thorough foundation in contemporary meditation practices that will benefit those seeking a structured pathway to increase self-knowledge and well-being, as well as aspiring meditation teachers ready to undertake formal training.

You will learn the three pillars of contemplative practice:
Attention, Mindfulness and Compassion.

Explore the rich history of meditation, dive into the latest research in neuroscience, and discover what continued practice and self-study can bring to your life.

On completion you are eligible to join Meditation Australia.

Course Structure

1 x 5-Day Mindfulness Immersion: Sept 2019 (9am to 5pm)
1 x 5-Day Heartful-ness & Compassion Immersion: Mar 2020 (9am to 5pm)
Teaching labs
8 x Monthly lectures (Monday nights 6-10pm)
Guided self-study program

Total 120 teaching hours
+ 80 hours of self-study and personal practice
