Advanced Pranayama YTT

Short Courses or 50 Hours Yoga Alliance Certificate Training with Dominique Salerno
Jayamala Sharma

Join AYAs founder and Principal for this exciting, practical, and in-depth training in the theory and practice of Patanjali’s 4th Limb of Yoga, Pranayama.

Dominique is a veteran of 25 years practice and is a passionate and inspired student, teacher, and facilitator. She has spent the last 2 decades practicing, studying, and teaching in the complimentary fields of Yoga, Pranayama and Ayurveda. This training brings together these areas in a way that makes them accessible and available for you to begin weaving them into your everyday practice as well as your yoga classes and workshops.

AYA’s 50-hour Advanced Pranayama Yoga Teacher Training is a practical deep dive into the ancient art and practice of Pranayama, whilst drawing on the very latest research and practices that have been proven to assist in achieving steadiness of body and mind and helping people to achieve the highest levels of health and wellbeing.

The course is accredited worldwide with Yoga Alliance and is an outstanding example of our dedication to furthering the development of yoga teachers. However, it is also open to anyone interested in harnessing the power of their breath to help gain more balance and stability in their lives. You do not need to be a qualified Yoga Teacher to participate in this training.

This training is offered in four individual units, allowing participants to complete one or all four units of the course, (except for Unit 4, which requires previous completion of Units 1- 3).

All four units are required to be completed in order to gain the 50-hour Advanced Pranayama Yoga Teacher qualification under the Yoga Alliance banner.

Completing individual units of the course contributes to CPD points for both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia and may be used to upgrade yoga teacher qualifications.

All questions relating to AYA’s Advanced Pranayama training may be directed to Dominique Salerno at dominique@australianyogaacademy.com or by calling 0402 298 199.
