AYA run seasonal 21 Day Challenges (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring) to assist students with the effects seasonal changes can have on both the body and mind. The challenges are a great way to re-boot the system, detox and kick start the season change whilst creating strength and inner resolve.

The 21 Day Challenge asks participants to make a commitment to themselves practicing 6 days a week with 1 rest day throughout the duration of the challenge. It is not about exercising and overworking the body, but rather creating time and space in one’s life whilst energising the body and mind.
